Why I Write

                                              There are many reasons regarding why people write

Whether it is as a hobby or to pass time by

However, I write for a truly different reason

I write to capture the beauty of what’s around me

And to capture the beauty of what is in my life

Whether it is the birds I observe flying above

To all of the wonderful friends I have in my life

I preserve all the sights and memories on paper

So when I’m older, I can look back on my writings

And relive the memories I preserved on paper

So that I can reflect upon the life I have led
