Why I write
Why I write
I write to show my feelings deep inside,
Only unsubmerged through pen and paper.
I write to seek stability through the ups and downs of what we call life.
Deep inside, you don't know.
You don't know the struggles I had or the pain I have felt.
You don't know my fears, my weaknesses, or my strong suits.
You know only what I tell you.
And what I tell you sometimes is not what I feel.
But the pen knows what you are feeling
It knows you are putting up a front.
In return it puts your true feelings on the paper
And so you ask why I write
Isnt it self explanatory
I write because the pen is the only one that knows me.
And this
Is why I write
