Why I Write

The pencil hits the paper like a crashing wave, my heart and souls' desires whisper across the page, I do not create words, I translate them. Tracing along the page are truths struggling to escape, my pencil the key to their freedom. Some write for the sake of themselves, some write for the sake of others, but me, I write for the sake of those simple truths that patiently wait for their liberator to hear their pleas.
