WHY I WRITE

I remember back then making friends was such a challenge <br digging deeper to discover hidden talent. Must I need a shovel and not these hands I search with? <br Will I reach closer to my passion and be glad to emerge back onto the surface? <br  I stood in that hole , digging , in such mentation on what my soul cherished most <br I have always had a love for poetry and writing but overlooked them both. <br Must I need an excavator? <br How can I obtain this gold? <br I asked God who has all answers and he said "Let your dreams unfold." <br So I did, and blessings came, I began to write because quite frankly I am good at this game. <br No balls or buzzards, only a pen and pad, to express my thoughts of elation or feeling bad. <br You will never lose at success if your love is present, for my people who cannot see talent your attentiveness is evidence. <br Enjoyment holds relevance, those words I will never renig <br You keep striving for that talent, no matter how deep you dig                                           talent       remem
