why i write

I write to hide the pain that torments my arm

the agony the traps a guardian composed in a song

I write to escape the world of insanity that discomforts my past

the piercing eyes that harmonizes a memoir in a childs class

I write to release the ache that troubles a souless charm

the captured figure outlined in a profile of a half-whitted storm

I write to emancipate the strength of a worthless girl

the tortured damsel thrown into the depths of hell

I write so that one day the hard life of a shallowed teenager will end

the sorrowful pain of a remorseful angel that will never wake again.
