WHY I WRITE

Why do I write? I write because of the stars that hang in the sky, the dreams that I dream, the words I dare not say, the emotions I do not show and the thoughts I care to hide.I write because of the beauty of words, the songs they sing to ear, the the dreams they make come true and the perfection they bring.Words make men and women, great men and women, words make poet lovers, presidents, scientists, doctors and musicians.Oh words how I love thee, the comfort you bring to the comfortless, the truth you speak. This is why I write, why I call pen papers mate.
