Why I write.

Why do I a waste my time with such a perilous fight?

Hoping, scheming, and dreaming with all my might.

It must be because I think I can bring change.

But I threw my coins in a well, all they brought was pain.

See how my words flow like the ocean.

Writing, the reason for all of my devotion

Emotion, showing all those that read my way

Why I write. It’s like asking why I live the day.

We write because we can. We write without a plan.

Human nature, I’m sorry if you’re not a fan.
