Why I write

When great darkness fills my heart A creative thought begins to start My fingers dance across the keys To poetically convey, my melodies Than the happiness I'd once known Has come back and is now shown Writing is my remedy The the creative feeling makes me free For without it I am nothing more... Than an empty vessel that you'd abhor.
