Why I write (scholarship slam)

I write when words seep out the crevasses of my brains unto the blank sheets of paper when words move me to higher levels that are so overwhelming words are my inner voice that I dare not to say aloud. my secrets that I need to let out my story that I need someone to read writing makes me feel whole again when I have been ripped apart into shreds writing, why are you so liberating? like the breakage of shackles and chains by my inner demons that taunt me through the day. yet you free me during the night I write. I write so my words can speak to people touch lives trigger emotions that are untouchable that are locked away and protected by fear I write so my words can be the light at the end of the dark tunnel- to set free and live again I write.
