Why me?

Little Do You Know …

I glance at you from across the room when you are not looking

I want to talk to you all the time

I think of different ways to start a conversation with you

But my brain shuts down whenever you are around

One day you came up and told me a joke

And that’s when it all began

When I heard you laugh

My heart began to leap with joy

Bringing a smile to my face

One day I asked you

Why me

Without even a second thought, you said …

Because I Love You
