Why Must They?
Why must they bring war when we only want peace?
Can’t they understand it will only bring the decease?
It only takes one gun to start a war.
But it takes hundreds of lives to end the uproar.
Our children are taken to die.
And they expect us to take up the lie.
Why are they blind to our sorrow?
When for us it is hard to swallow.
We ask, “How are we to cope?”
And the answer is,”HE is our hope.”
