Why (Poem on "Why I Write")

Why do I write?

I write because I look around and

everything tangible seems unreal.

My thoughts and emotionas are the only things that I feel

so I disclose my lyrical prose

into these poems that I choose to expose.

I have much to say,

too much to learn.

I wish for people to discern

the difference between

physicality and actuality.

Embrace my mentality

as you forget the mortality to your thoughts.

I just want to set your mind free

and inspire the next to live in mental sanctity.

And that is why I write.
