Why So Fickle?

If you’re feeling fickle,

Don’t stress out.

There’s a million flavors of ice cream

And you can

Stick each one in your mouth.

But a spoonful of a thousand flavors

Will fill you right up

And you won’t ever get your perfect cup.

So if you think you’re in a pickle,

And you can’t decide,

Let your gut grumble,

And listen to your insides.

There’s nothing wrong with a bad decision,

So long as it doesn’t become a permanent condition.

If you don’t like pistachio,

Don’t keep ordering it.

It’s not gonna be better next time around.

That’s just not the way it goes.

There’s other tastes that will tickle your tongue

You just gotta either hang on

Or

Let go.
