Why Wait

(poems go here) Why wait so long? Let’s go ahead and do this, Let’s write the rhythm, the thoughts and make it exclusive, Hours pass as the pencil delivers my thoughts Constantly thinking of the "what ifs" and "nots" The pencil is the light at the end of the tunnel, a dark and lonesome path finally expressed, for this pencil and paper, I am truly blessed, the unknown beginnings are always rough, the wording, the rhythm, the flow; rough, but as the pencil leaves lead behind, scripture and thoughts become intertwined, emotions and feelings all bottled up inside, but on this piece of paper, my mind can not hide, a portal to my soul has now awoken, words buried deep can now be spoken
