Why we should never forget.

It was an ordinary day                    and it turned into an actual nightmare.

It all started with one man               and he caused another horrible tragedy.

It also started with a gun                 and it would selfishly take many lives.

It caused absolute terror                                            of students in a school.

It caused blood to shed                                              from innocent people.

It caused parents to cry                                               for losing their child.

It caused staff to mourn                                              the ones who passed.

It caused teens to think                                               to question the world.

It caused children to act                                              and speak out for all.

It caused a day to change                                           history with a march.

Fighting for what is right                                            is how we never forget.
