Why We Write

Why do we write?  

Is the common question asked.  

We write to gather our thoughts, to compose our  life through words and meaning.  We write so atrocities that happened in past societies will be struck down or at the very least rendered useless for future generations.  We write so common knowledge can be expanded upon the masses and thus creating a civilized society for man.  We write because it's a key translation for the manuals of  the past a portico of a world not our own, to embrace imagination, to express love's personal bliss,  to edure hardships and see them through, to understand the very fabric of human existance, to understand God .  

Why do we write you might ask?  

We write, to live.
