Why Would I Be Miserable?

Online we're all vocal,
In person we are not local.
We laugh when we're unsure,
We lie when we're not pure.

There are times that I stutter,
My words are not clear.
Always having to repeat myself
Is one of my greatest fears.

"What did you say?"
"I don't get it."
"Repeat yourself?"
Just forget it.

When I hear these questions
The more angry I be.
I don't hear the simpl request
But sound out what to see.

Want me to sound like them
To not be original.
To sound like everyone else.
Why would I be miserable?
