Why Would I Need a Filter for the Life I Live?

Underwhelmed, a better love, a forever love

Jovial, wise, unknown and fearful to the life above

Daughter of mother nature

Lover of passion, music, adventures that shape you

Misinterpreted, misunderstood, and misinformed of who I am is what you see

All the things I love is what ill only be

I ask that you believe the words I speak

I am only defined by this mind that is deeper than a throat on a certified freak

Adoring only the souls that stick by my side

Even by the time when it felt like a hard ride

Ode to the man who planted this seed

For he is the reason I breathe, the reason I feel the need, to be the best that I can be

Who knows where I may end up, who knows of the little girl that never had a buck

I recognize one that made it on her own, she is nothing more than what she has shown

Living youth as if she’ll be here forever

She’s made her mistakes, but her mind has grown clever

Never fixed, only a growth mindset

Neven ran for class president, and surely never touched a net

She had no filter

Why would she cover something that the world needed delivered?
