Wild Flowers

Wild flowers sway in the wind,
I pick one up,
And let the breeze blow forward.
My heart remembers the past.
My mind tries to forget it.
The meadow surrounding my thoughts fades,
As the petals fall away from the flower in my hand,
All becomes clear once again.

Wow, I quite like this! I may not know your itentions behind it, but I can say this poem evokes different emotions! I especially enjoyed the lines "My heart remembers the past. / My mind tries to forget it." In lines four and five!
