Wild Hair

The girl with the wild hair,

Whom, spits out the words I don’t care

She never looked back at her past

Many wondered how long she would last

They thought they broke her

With teasing, tormenting, and losing friends without closure

The secret, when she had nowhere to go,

Ink paper and pen listened to her soul

Collected her tears and harmonized with her goals

One night, she got mad, and ripped it all away

Soon after, she realized everything was okay

Pieces lying on the ground

She found, no matter what anyone said or did

It will not stop something from achieving

The paper still held onto the words tight

Never let go, even throughout all that fright

Even with it ripped up, it still could be put back together

And stilled showed greatness including which was in her letter

At that point she realized her too, can be like that paper

To all the people who brought her down

She wrote in big bright red letters

I don’t care

The girl with the wild hair

Whom, spits out the words, I don’t care,

Headed full speed to her future
