Wildlife Biology
I stand on this Earth
a creature of nature,
a lover of the wild,
a servant of life.
I want to be the voice of the things that have none.
I want to work alongside the innocent creatures and the feared beasts.
I want to help others to see all they have to be thankful for
on this wondrous planet we call home.
I'll breathe the fresh air into my lungs,
fill myself with serenity,
and here on this great kingdom of beauty and solitude
I will find my place.
All that I want is a leap away,
a chance and a risk that I'm willing to take.
My mind tells me to stop
but my heart propels me.
I will become the person I want to be,
I will succeed and I will be happy.
A deep respect for nature
and an interest in the science of things
has led me to my new dream:
Wildlife Biology.
