That Will Be the Day

If Life becomes demanding

And you are hardly standing,

Cease the thing you are doing

Engage a task consuming

Do what your heart desires,

Lest your fiery drive expires;

And that will be the day,

You will be led astray.

Before such a dimming,

Ensure you are winning

And that will be the day,

You live the month of May.
