Will Love Ever come again?

When will love come?

When will love show?

When will love appear?

Will you come in a week?

Will you come in a month?

Will you come in a year?

Will you ever come again?

It’s been six years but it feels like ten

For six years I’ve been alone

For six years I’ve been on my own

Six years without a girl’s “real” love

For six years it has been so tough

I have it all but I still feel empty

The romantic couples around seem to always tempt me

Seventh grade, what I had was real

The eighth and ninth was a lost deal

The tenth and eleventh, no longer knew what to feel.

Now in the twelfth grade I’m still spinning like a wheel.

                Every February is valentine’s day

                     The most romantic holiday

Hoping to have a valentine was my goal

Nothing is crushed except my soul

Love is what most couples gain

While all I’ve got is sorrow and pain

As I make the attempts I always backfire

My heart is what always sets on fire.

Haven’t been the same since the seventh grade.

The one girl who truly loved me I pushed away.

Her personality was so beautiful and strong

Pushing her away after five months was where I went wrong

The one girl who was so kind

The one girl who was different but didn’t mind

No matter how I was I always tend to have made her smile

Even when she got picked on once in a while

I had a beautiful bond with her and I broke it

Deep down I wish I could revoke it

We messaged each other every day and send little quotes

During class we used to to draw and send each other notes

She always knew what to say

Everything about her was what always made my day

She always made me happy she never missed

She was even the one who gave me my first kiss

Sadly I fell for someone who didn’t care

I simply let go of all we had shared

When will I ever find a girl like her?

When will the time finally be so sure?

When will I ever stop being so sad?

When will I regain something that I once had?
