Will you catch me? if i slip and fall, will you catch me? what if there's nothing to catch? what if my body is fully hollow and the only thing that remains is the very thing we are inhaling. a simple breath... perhaps my blessing and my curse whos to say i don't enjoy filling people's hearts with joy while mine is filled with misery. perhaps i don't want to exist or perhaps i wish others didn't exist in my life. that remark is and forever will remain unknown. my mind stays between a fantasy and reality... but its not what you expect. The simple aspect of expecting something is false and untrue. not because you never expected it, but because nothing is ever what it seems. if I slip and fall, will you catch me? of course you won't ,us humans are too preoccupied falling into our depressions, falling into our feelings, falling for the person we truly love...but if nothing's what it really seems...who's to say the very thing you believe you're falling for... is nothing, Switch accounts email@example.com Help This poem is about: MeOur worldPoetry Terms Demonstrated: Assonance Comments Login or register to post a comment.
