Will You Still Love Me...

When you were loving, I was cold
While I turned silent, you stayed bold

Even the depression couldn't keep you away from me, huh?

When you grew old, I felt the youngest

While you struggled, I felt like I was a princess

The selfishness I had was a monstrous thing, was it?

When you saw a success, I saw a failure
While I saw an easier way out, you balanced the pressure

You always saw the best in me, you always did.

Now, within reach, your dreams are close
The manifestation of your little girl is slowly coming to a close
And yet, why does that little girl still feel depressed
That monstrous thing, full of selfishness, still manifested
Seeing nothing but black and rock bottom
Tracing by her feet, foreshadowing a problem
Yet, the very shoes you wore to protect me
Destroyed rock bottom,
everynick and cranny

You loved me with every bit of life you had

But all I did was took and grabbed
If I'd left, what would've been your thoughts of me
If I decided to leave and fix the depression, the selfishness, and the low self-esteem
Would you have loved me...
Will you still love me...
