Wills and Won'ts

Because I love you, i will take good care of myself;

   for I know that you worry if I don't.

Because I love you, I won't let you down;

   There is nothing worse than your frown.

Because I love you, I will make you proud;

   The warm smile on your face is like the sunshine that warms me up.

Because I love you, I won't promise to make you happy all the time;

   But I will always be their to wipe your tears

Because I love you, I will be honest with you;

   There is nothing more disheartening than the hurt look in your kind eyes when you find me out.

Because I love you, I will be your "mirror mirror on the wall"

   And before you ask I'll say "you are the prettiest of them all"

Because I love you, I will let you make your own decisions;

   And if you regret them I will stand by you and help you get through your disappointment

I love you because I know you would do the same for me.
