Wilted

rough as a rug hard as a table blank as a brand new canvas my feelings towards you disapparate as microscopic particles through the carbon dioxide and oxygen-filled air stoic as a statue invisible as an atom crooked as a cane your harsh ways of showing feeling have turned my blood cold you are no more in my mind, my heart, my life i stand outside and admire as the falling rain dampens my hair, as the clouds seem to part due to my new ephiphany fragile as a flower weak as a widow cold as an icicle your impartial ways have forced me to forget every memory, erased completely from my being never again will i fall tempted to your sour nectar your heart beats solely for you.
