Winding Roads

3,289,685 steps separate us.

A kiss for each step would be a grain of gravel for each road.

The twists and turns are soft and mesmerizing like the curls on your head.

1,351 miles,

but we are lovers.

Our passion ignites every lamp post on our pathway to finding each other.

20 hours,

but the minute we meet will last a lifetime.

On the way to each other, we might even listen to our favorite songs.

Reminding ourselves, sometimes the greatest thing in life is someone to live it with.

For now, we will just have to settle in and let love be our guide.
