To some I am just a word, Four letters in a neat row. And to these when trials come, They fail to keep the oath. To others I am life, To others I am hope. And only to these will I be, The knot at the end of their rope. I am a man of flesh and bone, Do you recognize my face? Or do you really just not know, That my being is not defined by race? (Love)

This poem was inspired by the fact that anyone can look out a window and see several different things. It is meant that several people look at love differently.
