Wings

Little girl has all grown up

Nowhere else she can be

People are always looking right through me.

People told her that she could be what she wanted to be

But so far... That ain't lookin' so easy.

She wants to fly... To soar above the clouds

Yet, her wings have been cut down

[*note: Currently unfinished, it's a song in a book I'm writing :)]

I'm an nineteen year old girl who is just starting her life after high school. I love music, writing, watching movies with my family, reading, and stargazing.
