Wings


she could feel her wings beating against the inside of her like some sort of restless bird, ready to take flight but she was stationed to the ground her feet making imprints in the grass, as the blue sky turned into night and she watched about day go by she was ready for the change of something new to start over once more but, she was scared of heights and her wings, she learned were long ago clipped
