Winning
I never knew that my life would turn out like this. Living in the same house my mom did when she was six. This life isn't for me, scraping by drifting farther out to sea, never knowing who is going to make it out of here. This place feels like a black hole taking away every part of my soul. I can't do anything but wait... but wait if I take my time and let the others pass me by will I ever get my chance? Will I ever get to dance on my father’s grave. He has never believed, he missed his chance and is starting to concave. My father is afraid to be outweighed by his kids. He let the bottle consume, dragging us into our doom. Letting him win feels more like a sin. Soon he will be gone and I will have won.
