A Winter song

The snow is on the ground, The stars are in the sky, And far off I hear A baby's soft cry. The world is so quiet So soft, so still, As the moon climbs up And over a hill. What beauty, what wonder! Words cannot express The touch of His finger, A gentle caress. I stand right here in awe Of the workings of His hands! The marvels He has done All across the lands!
