Wisdom
I focus fiercely and my frustration grows,
as I try to unravel the mysteries
and unlock all the secrets.
I use all my strength to pry out the answers,
hoping that they will show themselves.
“Too much knowledge is not always a good thing,”
Wisdom whispers in my ear.
I start to strain,
as my strength dwindles
from trying to use force to get what I want.
“Even strength has to bow to Wisdom sometimes,”
Wisdom whispers a little louder.
This time I listen reluctantly.
She is right.
Knowledge will come to me in time.
