Wisdom Speaks

Wisdom Speaks

Life lessons and endless lanes.
Many speak but do not really
know my name.
The arches in the clouds.
The sun and the rain.

The snow that covers
the mountain tops.
The fog and wind blowing
in the sugar canes.
Sometimes a smile or
a frown.

The past, the future, and the present now.
I would have to swim in the ocean
and dive in the sea.
I would sit by the river and fish
in the pond near me.

I would count my blessings
being more than three.
Praying and thanking God
for having patience with me.
In my thoughts as wisdom speaks.
