Wise Words

I take my pen in hand Breathing in and out Maybe these words will take me to that distant land The one of love and peace, the one where I'll have no doubt Believe it or not, I wish you could see Words stuck in my throat If only you would believe! Tears fall freely because of what I wrote. Tore my heart out; laid it out for you to see You rip it apart! My thoughts grow like a tree Growing freely into what feels like a new start. Take me for who I am and don't judge me! These words are for all to hear, why can't you see? I hold these so dear. But these words aren't just simple words! They hold the key to my soul. These are wise words Let them take their tole.
