The wish

“The wish”

I saw a shooting star  in the sky

So I made a wish to my design

I didn’t ask for money not even a dime

No my wish was simple but hard to rhyme

I wish to be like rain something truly divine

Connecting souls like yours and mine

Like the way rain connects the ground to the sky

I hope to connect the hearts and souls of everyone who’s mine

So with each day that passes by

I wish  to understand everyone better in time
