Wishes

The rushing water ripples against the images below The little coins resting beneath the water’s flow What most people would see as wasted riches I find to be their most precious wishes In a world where nothing comes easy Hopes and dreams shadowed by reality It is good to know there is still magic to believe in By the fountain where hopefuls toss their coins in This little pool will take you by surprise Take a deep breath and close your eyes Let your wish fly and pray it comes true All it will cost you is a penny or two
