WISHING TO LIVE

Im sleeping on the inside With my eyes open wide Inside I feel uninspired But my eyes show my true side I want to win, win, win! And live life and not just exist Get the boat to the shore And the passengers out of the mist Let them smile and not fear drowning Expose my chest to the world So they can witness the pounding The will, the power, the strength The fight that lives in me The pain the fights, the life Thats been stripped from See me at my worst And know me at my best Know my journey through light As I put my plight to death For I am living, living before I cry Letting it all hang out and stride Because Im not just living to die Im living to live Live in living color Living this life Ive been dealt For their is no other Watch, feel, see, hear my life Know I was here As if I lived twice I want to really live And not just exist Is that to much to ask for? Only if I had one wish!?
