Wishing on a star

I try and I try to be perfect for you.

It was never quite enough

was it?

I try and I try to make you happy.

you only continue to look away

dont you?

Hurt deep inside my soul.

running back to find you the weakness surrounds me

you already knew

Help me just this once

I have lost myself

I need you.
