The Witch
The Witch
The witch comes like a thief in the night
Mischief the witch allows
Fear the witch instills
Blood the witch wants
A masquerade it continues
Feeding from what's within
Taunting every move
Until all is grasped and satisfaction is complete
The witch can allow no good life
Lies nor truth reveals her
Because she lies within us
Our souls infused
The witch does not surrender
Unless the job is done
Conjuring spirits to conquer all
There is no escaping the spell of the witch
You simply fall into her hands
Because the witch is in our thoughts
To create a climate of fear
The witch is in the shadows of mankind
No true identity
No pulse
No breath
The witch.
