the witch


She’s kind of a witch his mother said.
A warning to her son as he was her baby.
He hardened his heart ‘til it practically bled.
Then he saw the sensuous witch and thought maybe…

The sexy witch had a heart that was pure.
And brown eyes that danced flat out full of life.
With a year he was decidedly sure.
She would become his forever wife.

Maybe she’s okay his mother admitted.
The couple had five darling girls she baby-sitted.
They all three loved these darling girls, also witches.
They grew up telling on each other though, little snitches
