Withered

Oh, my beloved Rose
It has withered
Like an autumn leaf,
Falling, the wind has blowned her away.

Standing next to this pall,
I contemplate as He
Takes her by his side
Oh, my dear Rose
With your strawberry essence
And a beautiful beauty,
Worthy of a Goddess
And your raspberry tinted lips.

My Rose, oh my dear Rose
I have faith that
Death would be merciful,
Go back in time,
And give me back
Such beautiful brown petals.
