Within me Can be calm and reserved Can be relaxed and joyful Happy and at peace Within me I like to sort myself out See things for what they are Learn the lessons given Within the challenge given Within me Is the self critic Who is the first to break me Down and around Crash and burn Thoughts scattered to peices Confused and lost Now turned light into sheer darkness I am no longer calm I am now annoyed and frustrated Knocked off my balanced scale I fight to stay grounded I fight to stay within peace Because it has been disturbed By unknown tainted energy Within me Lays a spirit Of a warrior A Phoenix A spirit of a lion A dragon Within me lays Power , and courage Within me lays truth Lays honesty Lays brilliance And determination Within me I can be who I'm meant to be Who I'm supposed to be No critic No judge Noone with their opinion Within me I will be the best I can be For me and me alone Only I have myself to prove
