2013-2014

Middle School is how we started

To be honest, We always had ones back

Both the new kids

Both looking for time to pass

Both had a lot of growing up to do.

I did not realize then that I was going to Love

You.

Battle buddies

Partners on a school camping trip

Protecting one in a tent

From the storms ahead

Laughing till our bellies ache.

Making our foundation strong.

2014-2015

Freshmen year

We only stop to say hi.

We check on one other

Nothing much. I still did not know

At that time I loved you.

2015-2016

Sophomore year

You found your first love

We only linked up to see how one's health was going

You had fun for a cool little minute

You seem happy.

Our foundation seems to be cover in mud

But I kept it clean

2016-2017

Junior year

You had your heart broken

Tough times once again

We went back to that tent

The tent of protection

Safety, love, station, ambition

I stayed in the storm with you

Holding tight

Because I love you.

Summer

I said I love you

I trust you

You are my tent

Within time I have learned that

Within time I have grown with you

Within time you mine and I am yours

Because within the time I love you.

It is because WE love so strongly

We now have walls on our foundation
