Without Hatred

The world is filled with venomous hatred,

With words that haunt us in the darkest of hours

And course through our veins, with no way to escape.

The fragile air has been pierced with evil,

Our actions and words tainting the purity and innocence of others,

Those not yet affected by the cruelty that is our world.

Without hatred, the world would not be perfect,

But without hatred the world would be sane.

Without hatred, love would be allowed to flow freely and to replace the wickedness that plagues humans.
