WIthout Her Love

She was young

She was ignorant

Knowing nothing of the cruel world that is

She was happy

She was more than content

Under the care of her mother's wing

She had not a care in the world

She had no idea

No wrong could happen in her mind

She was devastated

She was confused

What does this mean? How could this happen?

She didn’t know the consequences

She didn’t want her to go

Without the care of her mother

Stranded to grow up on her own
