Without Love

If I were by myself,

just me, myself, and I.

An idea I couldn't live without,

is something that can make me cry.

It's something that everyone does,

and almost everyone tries.

Some experiences last forever,

while others go awry.

A world without this idea,

would be as dark as the night sky,

love, my darling,

is the idea I would save for the Earth and I.
