Without You

I am who I am because of my best friend.

Without him I don't know where I would stand.

I stay up all night needing and thinking about him.

But all of this has messed up my plan.

I don't know where I would be without you and

my heart is telling me "do what you want to do".

I just can't overcome the feelings in my heart

because I have been falling apart.

I dream of a day that you would come back to me to

fill the empty hole the way it used to be.

I wish you could see my life now and

listen to all the things I want to vow.

My life has been so hard.

It feels like my whole world has been falling apart because

you were the main part.

And it is just hard to get through without you.

RedRosesAreLove

I have always been into poetry, but I have only tried writing about my emotions and feelings. I am hoping this website will open my mind to help me find what I am capable of doing.
