The Wolf (The One Alone)

A wolf alone in the wood,

Not by choice but by cruel fate,

A social animal without a pack,

A mind consumed by hate.

Will you not take in the wolf?

No, of course, no one would,

A wolf is a dangerous beast,

who upon babies doth feast.

But what is the wolf if not a dog?

Will you not throw him a bone?

Lost and without a home,

A man will still stand before the Throne,

Will he not be saved?
